End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (“You” or “Your”) and Festivamente for the use of Reger.
Downloads: The purchaser of Reger may download the software as needed for their own licensed use.
Multiple Installations: A Reger license is licensed to one user. You may install and use Reger on computers owned or primarily controlled by you, subject to Reger’s activation limits. Businesses and organizations must purchase a license for each user.
Your Work: You retain ownership of the music and other original material you create using Reger. Festivamente claims no ownership over your compositions, MIDI performances or sequences, presets, patterns, project files, exported data, or other original creative work merely because Reger was used to create it.
Distribution: You are not permitted to distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or share Reger or its license key with others. You may not redistribute Reger as part of another software product without Festivamente’s permission.
Activation: You may not circumvent or interfere with Reger’s licensing or activation system. A license may be disabled if the associated purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. After that period, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Festivamente reserves the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, malicious conduct, or misuse of the refund process. Receiving a full refund terminates the associated Reger license.
Reverse Engineering: Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Reger.
Liability: Reger is provided “as is” and is used at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festivamente is not responsible for damages arising from its use, including loss of data, creative work, profits, or business. Festivamente’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Reger license.
Copyright: Festivamente owns Reger and its software, source code, user interface, graphics, documentation, and other proprietary material. Third-party and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their respective licenses.
